All of our products at Ananda Weddings are handmade, and every item we create is unique. As every piece is crafted by hand, no two items are identical. We try to re-create Made to order items as closely as shown in the pictures. However, we have the right to replace materials with a similar style or color should the exact material be unavailable. We do not cater for any customisation at this point, please contact us before purchasing if you have any queries.

- You refers to “buyers of products”.
- Product(s) and/or item(s) refer to wrist corsages / boutonnieres/ ring pillows / brooch Bouquets and czech glass crystal bouquets created by Ananda Weddings.
- We reserve the right to make changes / additions to website content, terms & conditions, product information, prices and delivery information without notice.
- We reserve the right to replace materials like lace, buttons, rhinestones, flowers, fabric, brooches and/or other peripherals etc. with similar materials should they become unavailable.
- All item(s) remain the property of Ananda Weddings until full payment has been received.
- We have made all reasonable effort to ensure that all photographs accurately reflect the item being sold. Item colours may vary depending on the quality of different monitors. Only the items specified in the product description are included with the purchased item(s).
- Ananda Weddings accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses, costs or expenses of whatsoever nature, consequential or otherwise, which arise from the use of any products purchased.
- Working days refer to Monday to Saturday. Non working days refer to Sunday and Public Holidays.
- We accept payment via PayPal and Bank transfer. Please contact us if you are making payment via Bank transfer.
- Once you order from this website you are deemed to have accepted all of our Terms & Conditions and are bound to them.
We recommend ordering wrist corsages, boutonnieres and ring pillows a minimum of 2 weeks before your wedding date to ensure timely delivery.
We recommend ordering your crystal or brooch bouquets a minimum of 3 months before your wedding date to ensure timely delivery. During busy periods we reserve the right to suspend ordering and accept no liability for doing so.
We have a strict ‘no returns and no refunds’ policy. You are advised to check all product details before confirming orders as we are unable to amend or cancel the orders once orders are placed and/or paid.
Delivery charge S$5.00
Orders will be shipped within the lead times specified on our order page. Once your order is ready to ship you will be notified to confirm your delivery address. You will then be provided with the tracking number from our courier.
Someone must be available to accept the delivery, if no one is home to sign for your package & the items are returned to us you will be charged S$5.00 to re-ship the item(s).
We are not responsible for delays in deliveries carried out by third parties. Shipping and Delivery times are in accordance with information provided by the courier company. Please order in adequate time before your wedding date to guarantee delivery.
As all items are handmade and/or made to order, we have a ‘no returns and no refunds’ policy.
If your item(s) arrive damaged in any way please contact us within 3 working days. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
