faq

The status says available on backorder. What does it mean?

This will mean that we do not have sufficient stocks on hand for the item selected. However, you can still proceed to make the order and payment for the items. We will send you an email to advise on the delivery date. If you need the items urgently, please check with us on the probable delivery date via info@anandaweddings.com.sg before placing your order.

How will the items be sent to me?

Delivery days are Monday to Friday only.

Private courier(registered) delivery fee - S$6.00

Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?

No. All of our prices are fixed unless there is an ongoing promotion.

Can I amend or cancel my orders?

Unfortunately it is not possible for you to amend items within your order once it has been confirmed. We will advise you to double check your orders before making the payment.

Do you have a shop for me to view your products?

No, we do not have a shop front.

We try our best to showcase pictures with colors as close to the actual product as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to different monitor resolution.

How long do I have to wait for Made to order products?

It depends on which product ordered and its complexity. Some of our items have ready stock and can be shipped within short notice.

For a general guide, the lead time for our products is as follows:

Wrist corsage/ Boutonniere/ Ring Pillow – 14 working days (Mon – Sat)

Crystal bouquets/ Brooch bouquets – Approximately 2-3 months

Do you do customisation?

We used to. However, we regret to say that we have to halt customisation orders for now.

All items shown on our website are available for sale and on a first-come-first-serve basis.  A  made to order purchase has to be done if there are insufficient stocks.

We strive to churn out new designs on a more regular basis.

Will my items be well protected during the shipment?

We will wrap fragile items like crystal or brooch bouquets etc. with bubble wrap before packaging them into a box. You can be assured that we take extra caution to protect your purchase (we do not want to damage our precious creations as well!)

Can I change the color of the products I wish to order?

We have indicated the available colors for each product in the website. If the requested color is not within the selection, we will not be able to do the color change.

We strive to churn out more new designs on a regular basis and hence any feedback is welcome for each product range. If you have time to wait, we may add your request in our new designs!

How do i make an order?

Simply select the item you like to purchase and make payment with a choice of 2 payment modes:

1) PayPal (Payment can be done with credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account)

                - An email confirmation will be sent to you once payment is verified

                - Email will be sent to you when package has been sent out.

2) Banking transfer to OCBC Corporate Account 686198565001

                - Please send us an email once banking transfer is complete.

                - We will check and confirm over email once we sight the funds. Work will commence once payment is received

                - An email will be sent to you when the package has been sent out.
